Business Owner, Enterprise Networking & Security (IT & OT)

We are looking for a Business Owner to lead and develop one of our key business segments within Enterprise Networking and Security for IT and OT.

In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the business, requiring a holistic 360° perspective across sales, services, vendor partnerships, operations, and financial performance.

You will work closely with sales, technical teams, vendors, and customers to ensure sustainable, profitable growth while delivering competitive and high-quality solutions to the market.

Location: Espoo, Finland (remote work possibilities)

Your Role and Responsabilities

Business Leadership & Financial Performance

• Full P&L responsibility across product, recurring, and professional services business

• Forecasting, budgeting, and financial performance monitoring

• Driving profitability through pricing governance and margin optimization

Sales Support & Commercial Engagement

• Supporting sales in strategic opportunities and proposals

• Defining pricing and ensuring profitable deal structures

• Participating in key contract negotiations

Vendor & Partner Management

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key vendors

• Developing partnerships in line with strategic targets

• Ensuring vendor requirements and partnership criteria are met

Customer & Market Engagement

• Maintaining active dialogue with customers and key stakeholders

• Representing NetNordic in industry events, workshops, and customer meetings

• Strengthening awareness of our solutions and capabilities

Portfolio & Go-to-Market Development

• Supporting service portfolio development and go-to-market initiatives

• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies

• Translating technological developments into commercial opportunities
