As part of this exciting phase, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hybrid Cloud Solutions Consultant to join our team, focusing on building hybrid cloud solutions for our clients in Finland.

As a Hybrid Cloud Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the hybrid cloud strategies of our Finnish clientele. You will be at the forefront of designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient hybrid cloud environments.

You will collaborate closely with our sales team and technical experts, combining deep technical know how with a consultative approach to help clients transition to modern hybrid architectures. You’ll participate in pre-sales engagements, lead workshops, and create tailored solutions that align with business goals.

Your Primary Responsibilities

• Lead customer discussions and architect innovative hybrid cloud solutions to support business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance within hybrid cloud infrastructure, combining on-premises and public cloud technologies.
• Support the sales process through pre-sales activities such as solution presentations, technical workshops, and RFP responses.
• Design, deploy, and manage hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructures, including workloads and containerized applications.
• Advise on security, compliance, and disaster recovery strategies for hybrid environments to ensure system resilience.
• Conduct assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and create action plans to strengthen customer infrastructure.
• Develop detailed roadmaps for customers’ hybrid cloud journey and ensure smooth transitions.
• Participate in commercial discussions, create solution proposals, and contribute to pricing and offer development.

Your Profile

• Strong customer orientation — you can translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Consultative mindset — ability to structure challenges and lead discussions toward actionable outcomes.
• Commercial awareness — skilled in estimating costs, pricing solutions, and justifying investments.
• Relevant IT education or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT consultant with a focus on hybrid cloud infrastructure, Microsoft Azure, and on-premises environments.
• Hands-on experience with HCI solutions (e.g. VMware, Nutanix).
• Experience with backup solutions such as Rubrik or Cohesity.
• Strong understanding of cloud security and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English, both are mandatory.
• Confident presentation skills and ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
  
  

It’s a Plus If You Have

Certifications such as:

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert

Azure Administrator Associate

Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate

Experience with container-based infrastructures and microservices architectures.

Understanding of Azure network architecture and governance.
